Great location and great view of falls. There was a loud party going on though, so we had to move rooms in order to sleep. I didn't like having to pay extra for gym and the crazy price for parking.

great staff.
hair on shower wall.
The hotel staff was wonderful. Gave us an upgraded room with fireplace and view. Hotel is older, but nice. Shower was tiny and had hair on shower wall.

Rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable and helpful. Restaurant has an excellent view of the Falls while dining. Well worth the cost.

This was a great hotel and because we went during the week, we got a great rate on Priceline for a couple nights. The room wasn't overly large but it was sufficient; it looked nice and modern. You pay for the extras like wireless internet which, if you are a business traveler, isn't very convenient (unless your company has deep pockets). Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Location is awesome. The only gripe I have is that the hotel buffet restaurant is a huge rip-off. We paid almost $100 for our dinner there at 7pm on a weeknight. The food wasn't terribly fresh and, for the price we paid, it wasn't anything special. Just your basic buffet food, didn't even taste like anything out of the ordinary. We didn't have alcoholic drinks, just a couple diet cokes. The next night we were walking around and decided to eat at The Keg Steakhouse which is also part of a hotel. The view was better and we paid only about $10 more for our dinner but we both got an alcoholic drink and a very filling dinner (it wasn't amazingly fabulous food but it was overall a really nice dinner). Skip the buffet at this hotel if you can, it just isn't worth it at all. ...read more

Nice hotel and close to most attractions and bridge to USA. Parking expensive for both valet and self park.
